Love it

"As soon as I got it out of the box, I knew I had purchased the right bike. It’s perfect height for me (5’4) and it was easy enough to assemble. The app was easy to download and the bike paired seamlessly to it. The headlight is bright and the bike itself looks and rides great."

It would be better if the app still worked

"The bike was locked at 17 miles on mode four cant unlock the off road mode because the app doesn't work anymore the bikes speedometer is not accurate it's charge does not last if the battery gets below 30 it just stops working"

August (3/5)

Not a bad bike. Great look and very cool.

"This is a cool bike that looks amazing and performs great. The seat is a little uncomfortable and the ergonomics of the handles is also not as comfy as my arms fall asleep real quick when riding it. This is a really neat bike. The bad news was that it came with a giant hole in the box when it arrived and had a couple scratches on it, but it wasn't enough to really be bothered by."

Brat Broke Warranty support is awful!

"My wife and I bought my son a Volcon Brat for Christmas and it’s been broke down since May with tire and kickstand warranty repairs needed. Customer Service was difficult to reach and has not responded back about repair request since July. I should not have emails going unanswered from their support. Bike looks cool, runs ok but build quality is average and support is not great"

Thomas M. (1/5)

Front brake problem, seat is too narrow

"Bike looks good. Assembly was easy. Front brakes did not work. Customer service suggested I bleed the brakes. I did that and it worked for 1 day then the brake lever was low again. The front caliper is wet and must be leaking. I’m waiting for a warranty replacement. Seat looks nice but it is too narrow."

Jerome D. (3/5)

Initial Purchase

"Purchase and initial bike quality very good. The real measure will be durability and issue response. The one thing I would love to see is a way for a parent to authorize (or at least be notified) about the 20MPH limiter"

Gabe K. (4/5)

Might as well be Burt Reynolds

"This thing is seriously cool. Super easy to put together, roughly 15-20 min. My mustache grew instantly upon first pull of the throttle and people lose their minds when they see me riding it around the neighborhood."

Cameron A. (5/5)

Awesome!

"This product is awesome. I absolutely love the look of this bike. Also, the quality is much better than I expected. Give me 14 of them right now!!!"

Joey L. (5/5)

Got my Volcon Brat with

"Got my Volcon Brat with one scratch on one of the side plastics and the company never sent another one or followed up with my request. Bike is great and looks amazing, but it’s okay for the company to charge more than $2k for things with scratches. Good luck staying in the market!"

Carlos B. (1/5)

Q&A

Does it comes assembled??
It does not come fully assembled but we have a video on our YouTube that thoroughly explains how to! Here is the link. https://youtu.be/_bQ7E-jvaeI?feature=shared
How will it handle steeper rough country for hunting. My property has steeper grades. I’ve tried the quiet cat and Rambo and they just wouldn’t pull the grade without lots of peddle assistance.
Hey Ben! The Brat would be a great option for those steeper hills and any of your off-roading adventures. It has a high torque Volcon motor that delivers up to 750 watts of instantaneous power for sustained climbing and acceleration.
Where is this made?
The Brat is designed in Round Rock, TX and we have partners overseas that help assemble it.
When exactly will you be coming to Canada? Can I recommend bike shops to become dealers? I’m really eager to get my hands on a Volcon Brat!!!!!
We are not sure when we will officially be in Canada but are actively working on getting there. If you have any recommendations you can reach out to our National Sales Manager for Canada gerry.picard@volcon.com. Thank you for your interest in our product and we hope you love it!!
Hey! If ordering the Volcon Brat black edition, could i customize it by having the brown seat instead of the traditional black?
We're currently working on adding the seats for sale on our website but you can always email sales@volcon.com to purchase a seat of your choice.
